- Get 1/2 tsp salt
Palak paneer kofta recipe is truly a delight. Add the palak puree and cashewnut paste and mix well. This palak paneer is the best I have made in the years. Not blanching the spinach and sauteing it for a short time is what makes this delicious.
Instructions to make Kofta Palak:
- (For Kofta's) : Place boneless beef and fried onion in a chopper
- Finely chopped until well combined
- Put into a bowl, add salt, ginger garlic paste, hot spices powder
- Pour beaten egg to the chopped mixture
- Mix well and form small balls out of the mixture.Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set
- (For Gravy) : Heat oil in a deep pan or skillet.Fry chopped onions for 2-3 minutes then add ginger garlic paste
- Cook for 30 sec.
- Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds, salt, fenugreek and plain yogurt. cook for 10 min
- Now add boiled spinach.
- Add boil spanich in gravy.Cook and stir well.When oil separated from gravy, then place koftas in it
- Cook for 10 min.add green chillies.
- Kofta palak ready. Now serve it.
