- Mix and wash all the ingredients and put in a mixer jar.
- Grind chutney in a smooth paste using little water.
- Transfer the Chutney in a bowl and serve with chaats and snacks.
- Khajur imli chutney
- In a vessel boil khajur,jaggery and imli with 1 cup of water.
- Boil till khajur and imli are soft and jaggery is melted.
- Off the flame and cool the mixture.
- Blend this mixture till smooth paste.
- Strain the Chutney in a strainer.Add little water if the Chutney is too thick.
- Add salt, roasted jeera powder and chilli powder and mix well.
- Store in an air tight container in fridge. Remains fresh for 8-10 days in fridge.
- If making in large quantity can store in fridger in an air tight container and can use as required.
- Enjoy this meetha chutney with chaats like Pani puri, Bhel puri etc.
