- First add sooji in a bowl Fir usme baarik Kata hua onion, simla Mirch or patta gobi Ab usme Namak swadanusar, lal Mirch powder dal kar 1 cup curd add karein or mix karein Fir usme Thoda 1/2 cup kitna pani dal kar better ready karein,better na to thick ho na patli Fir use 20 min side per rakhe uske baad ek pan me 2 tsp oil gram karein Fir usme rai or curry leaves dale or tadke ko Suki Ke better me dale Fir usme meethe soda 1/2 tsp ya eno dal kar mix karein or appam Ke tawa per date jaye use 2-3 min dak kar hone de
- Sim gas per Ab lid ko Hatakr appam ko palta le or 2 min dak kar pakne de now it's ready to serve with green chutney
