- Roll the ball with a rolling pin and give it a poori like shape
- Now stuff the peas inside and spread all over so that it covers the entire space
- Slowly closed the edge and fold it
- And roll it gently and give it a paratha shape
- In a tawa gently fry both the sides applying ghee or oil
- Fry both the sides equally
- The paratha is ready to serve
So this time I made it more like rajma paratha and it turned out super good.
