- Add masalas and coriander leaves and fry to make dry mixture.
- Take small ball of dough and stuff the peas mixture into it and close it on all side.
- Roll it using rolling pin into chappathi.
- Heat tawa and place this chapathi on it and add oil / ghee to it and roast on both sides.
- Serve with curd /sauce.
