Ivy Gourd Leaves Sabzi - A tasty and healthy side dish made with the leaves of Ivy gourd. Minimal dry spices are used in this recipe as the Sabzi is flavored by ginger, garlic and green chilies.   2. Heat up the oil in a pan on medium flame. Add mustard seeds and hing. Once the mustard seeds splutter and spices like red chilli powder, coriander cumin powder and turmeric powder.
  3. Mix well spices and cook for a minute. Add sliced ivy gourd and salt. Mix well. Cover and cook till ivy gourd is cooked completely stirring occasionally. Switch off the flame.
  4. Garnish with chopped fresh green coriander leaves and serve hot with roti and rice and dal.
