  3. Add chopped or puréed tomatoes - When tomatoes become little soft add boiled Chana and sauté it for sometime
  4. Let the masala cover chana well now add palak puree and cook for 2-3 minutes only so that raw smell of palak goes away
  5. Don't cook for long otherwise palak will lose it's green colour
  6. Garnish with pure ghee or butter
  7. Note: leftover cooked chanas can also be used
