- Take 4 tsp ghee
- Get 2 tsp oil
- Make ready to taste Salt
- Take 1/2 cup Coriander leaves

- In a pan put oil and heat it then add jeera and mustard seeds and add onion and garlic and Fry for 2 minutes din add tomatoes and all dry masala and add palak and radish leaves and radish and mix well and cook for 5minutes.
- Then add as required water like 6 cups water become boil then add prepared dokhli in them an cook for 20 minutes and add coriander leaves
- The bajre ki dhokli ready and add 1 tsp ghee in the dhokliGarnish with coriander leaves…..
