  1. First take a bowl add 2 tbsp corn flour add some water mix well and keep aside.
  2. Next take a pan add 500 ml milk and boil it. Now add 1 cup sugar and stir until absorbed. Now add corn flour mixture and mix well. and stir until creamy texture. Now cool it completely.
  3. Take a blender add milk mixture and add 1 ripe chopped mango, 1/2 cup malai and churn in the grinder.Now take ice cream tin or any container pour mixture in it. And set in the freezer for 2 hours.
  4. Now ice cream is half set again churn in the mixture.next cover the ice cream tin with aluminum foil and set in the freezer for 8 hours. Or over night.
  5. So after over night our ice cream is set completely. Take out from the freezer and serve in the ice cream bowl and garnish with dryftuits and tutifuti.

The perfect healthy treat for summer & full of fresh mango This Mango Ice Cream is deliciously creamy and can be made with or without an ice cream maker with fresh mango and coconut cream. Serve this creamy mango ice cream plain as it is or topped with some finely chopped dry fruits or with a chocolate or caramel sauce.
