- Firstly,dry roast semolina.
- Then in kadai,add ghee,and roast cashews and keep it aside.Then add milk,water,sugar and bring it to boil.
- Now add,semolina slowly with continous stirring just to make sure,there are no lumps.
- Now add ghee and stir it.Then add mango puree and mix thoroughly until the mango puree has combined well with the halwa.
- Now garnish it with ghee fried cashews and raisins as topping and serve hot.
Sooji Halwa is a traditional but popular dessert. Sooji Halwa is delicious and a welcome treat for guests. I have done this recipe a few years ago and now decided to do another version of Sooji Halwa with little twist, turning this into an exotic Halwa beyond your belief.
