  9. Shallow fry the potato tikki over low-medium flame. While shallow frying keep gently pressing the tikki to evenly cook from all sides.
  10. Do not flip tikki again and again. When first side of tikki turns crisp then flip and cook other side. After cooked transfer it on tissue or sieve.

  12. Whisk curd properly to make smooth consistency. Add a milk or water required to get the desired consistency.
  13. To serve aloo tikki chaat, arrange tikki in a plate, add a whisked curd, tsp of each chutney and sprinkle all spices as per your taste.
  14. Now sprinkle bhujia sev. Garnish it with carrot, redish and beet root. Now serve it immediately.
