- Get Radish leaves chutney
- Prepare 3/4 cup fresh radish leaves

- Prepare 2 garlic cloves
- Make ready 2-3 tablespoons thick curd
- Prepare to taste Salt

- Get 2 cups Oil for frying bhallas
- Take 1/2 Grated radish for garnish

- Heat oil in a wok, once the oil becomes medium hot, spoon in the batter in 6-8 portions and fry until golden colour.
- Strain and remove bhallas.
- Grind everything mentioned under the chutney section, together to make spicy tangy chutney to go with the bhallas.
- It's done, I have made a smooth paste.
- Serve immediately with grated radishes.
