- Roll the dough into base with the help of fingers and by dusting maida on kitchen slab.
- Base should be 1 inch thick
- On non sick pan place the base and cook it nicely on one side and half cook on other side at lowest flame by covering the pan with a plate or lid.
- Keep the oven preheated at 180 degree celcius
- On the side cooked well spread pizza sauce prepared, grated cheese, veggies, paneer cube.
- Sprinkle salt and black pepper
- Add more cheese and sprinkle organo and chilli flakes.
- Place the pizza in oven and bake it at convection mode at 180 degree celscius for time cheese melt properly.

- Note : In case you do not have oven you can bake it in same non-stick pan too at lowest flame and by covering it with plate.
