- Take 4-5 tbsp ghee

Steps to make Mango Besan Burfi:
- In a mixer jar add cut mango cubes, milk powder,sugar and make a thick smooth pulp.
- In a thick bottom kadai heat 3 tbsp ghee. Add besan and stir it continuously till you get a nice aroma and besan changes it's colour. Remove it from Kadai.
- Now in same Kadai add the prepared mango pulp. Add elaichi powder and stir continuously till the pulp becomes in thick consistency.
- At this stage add the roasted besan into the mango pulp. Keep stirring continuously till it forms the burfi consistency.
- Here in the below picture you can see that mixture is in burfi consistency.
- Transfer this mixture to a burfi tray or plate greased with ghee. Add finely chopped cashew nuts on it. Allow it to cool and set. Then cut into pieces of your choice.
- Enjoy delicious Mango Besan Burfi.
