- Serve with hot or cold salsa dip I made it at home..in a two spoon oil I saute chopped red bell pepper, chopped tomatoes, green bell pepper, Ginger paste, chilli flakes, salt, vinegar, jalapenos, salt, sugar, etc and lastly half t spoon corn flour dissolve in cold water and added in the saute veggies…and salsa dip ready..you can also add onion garlic…too
- Plater put besan rice kebabs pour salsa dip and garnish with grated cheese…
- Note: you can use brown rice to make it more healthy.. non stick pan should be used to lessen the use of oil for shallow fry..jain did not use onion, garlic, ginger, carrot etc
