  7. Now add some more ghee from fried onion bowl add some whole garam masala and beyleaf when it crackled add yakhni and cook until boil
  8. Now put chicken and soake rice(soak for 1/2an hour) balance the salt acording to taste
  9. Now cover and cook until water evaporate then put fried onion zarda colour+water and hot milk and put it on dum for 15 minutes
  10. When ricebis done serve with mint raita
