  10. Drop spoonful of batter in hot oil & fry till light golden
  11. Wadas are ready now.
  12. Add the wadas in chilled sugary water & let it soak the water for few minutes..
  13. Without squeezing remove the wadas from water & place them in a dish
  14. Add the tadka in the chilled sweet yoghurt mixture.
  15. Arrange the wadas in a bowl
  16. Add the yoghurt mixture.
  17. Add the sweet paste, green chtny.. sprinkle zeera,red chilli, chat masala & black salt powder. Chill in refrigerator & let it set for 2 hrs. Served chilled !!
