- Drop spoonful of batter in hot oil & fry till light golden
- Wadas are ready now.
- Add the wadas in chilled sugary water & let it soak the water for few minutes..
- Without squeezing remove the wadas from water & place them in a dish
- Add the tadka in the chilled sweet yoghurt mixture.
- Arrange the wadas in a bowl
- Add the yoghurt mixture.
- Add the sweet paste, green chtny.. sprinkle zeera,red chilli, chat masala & black salt powder. Chill in refrigerator & let it set for 2 hrs. Served chilled !!
