- By that time the raw mangoes would be soft and cooked.Now pour this ground paste in the kadhai,add salt and required water and mix well.The gravy should not be very thin nor it should be very thick.
- After that heat a small tadka pan,put oil and when hot reduce the flame add mustard seeds and after it splutters add the split urad dal and methi seeds. Let it turn brown, then add the curry leaves if you like and the hing.Pour into the gravy.
- Give the gravy a nice boil and then turn off the gas.
