  14. Get 1 tsp Fenugreek Leaves dried ones
  15. Get as required Water
  16. Prepare as required Oil for frying

The bajji is essentially made from. Ridge gourd also known as turai or heerekai ,is green in color and pulp is white. It is low in fat and cholesterol. It has excellent cooling properties and dietary fiber in it.

  2. Deep fry them on a medium-high heat in hot oil until done. Cook well on both sides turning at regular intervals for even cooking. It is a must to switch sides to cook well on both sides.
