  6. On a nonstick pan put 1 tbls of oil and shallow fry or tava fry grill fry any one all stuffed ghiya roundels
  7. When both the sides get golden brown in colour take out on a paper napkin
  8. For gravy in a pan add oil and saute onion paste adding little salt when it turns little brown add ginger garlic and green chilli paste saute for 5 minutes add turmeric powder mix well add other dry spices
  9. When nicely roast all spices and mix well add blended curd and stir continuously when pan leaves oil add ghee
  10. Give nice mix adjust consistency of gravy by add the water you can use the broth in which you have blanched the ghiya
  11. Gravy is ready arrenge roundels in serving plate at the time of serving heat the gravy and pour above the plate garnish with cream
