- Dough* Mix flour, salt,oil, butter and whisked egg add required water and knead into soft dough.Rest for 10-15mins and knead again, Roll into small balls.
- Roll into thin sheets and cut into rectangular shape. Cut it in half from larger side,n cut into strips like shown below.put one part on another in opposite direction. Place the Filling on the center.
- Wet the edges with water and put one part n cover the filling mixture.seal with water,take one strip and cover on the top then now take one strip from the other side and make a mat design with them.
