- After take out from oven using gloves or cloth..then turb upsude down on prepared plate or raje…then let cool.the surface needs to be soft and slightly bounce to the touch then it means its come out well..
- Then let cool.can add topping of choice like chocolate with desicated coconu and some berries(see pic).and cut into pieces..about 16 medium square or rectangles.for the topping recipe you can make home made.or you can enjoy without any topping
