- Heat the pan,add lauki mixture,add little water.When it comes boil,turn off the flame.Lauki soup is ready.Add butter,garnish with black pepper powder,black salt and coriander leaves.Serve hot.It takes 10 minutes.It is very healthy and nutricious soup.
