  1. Take all the ingredients of making dough except water in a big mixing bowl and rub thoroughly.

  7. Lastly add chopped coriander leaves. Mix well and keep aside.
  8. Knead the dough again for 2-3 minutes. - Divide the dough in equal lime sized 8 portions. Make small balls.
  9. Roll each ball in oval shape. Cut it horizontally into two equal portions.
  10. Pick up one half and apply water on all the sides and make cone.
  11. Stuff it with aloo masala and seal it gently so that it sticks properly. Make all the samosas like so.
  12. Heat oil in a kadhai on low medium flame. Oil should not be too hot, else samosas will cook from outside but remain uncook from inside.
  13. Deep fry the samosas on low medium flame till crisp and golden brown.
  14. Drain the samosas and serve hot with a cup of hot ginger tea and enjoy😊
