- Roll each ball in oval shape. Cut it horizontally into two equal portions.
- Pick up one half and apply water on all the sides and make cone.

- Heat oil in a kadhai on low medium flame. Oil should not be too hot, else samosas will cook from outside but remain uncook from inside.
- Deep fry the samosas on low medium flame till crisp and golden brown.
