- In pan heat ghee on medium flame give tadka with seeds and sauté onion garlic along with Asafetida and coconut. Cut the washed tendali in round or long.
- Add chilli turmeric and peanut, cook for a min.
- Add tondali and remaining spices and salt, mix well and cook it for around 6-7 mins
- Add fresh coriander and serve with rice or chapati
