  2. In s pressure cooker add the mustard oil and on a high flame let it burn for 2 mins.
  3. Now let the oil cool down, turn on the flame again and add the whole dry spices.
  4. Now add the finely sliced onions and sauté till they become golden brown.
  5. Add the mutton and cook for 10 mins on a low flame.
  6. Now add the ginger garlic chilli paste and rest of the spices at once and add around 100 ml of water and pressure cook the whole thing for about 20 mins on low flame.
  7. Turn the gas off and let all the steam out.
  8. Add the beaten curd and finally cook for 20-25 mins again on a high flame or cook till the gravy thickens. if you don't find the mutton tender enough you can increasing the cooking time.
  9. Garnish it with ginger Juliennes and serve hot with Tawa chapati or naan.
