  4. Start kneading the dough until it forms a soft dough.
  5. Allow the dough to rest for a 30 minutes.
  6. Then roll the dough in flat surface then to get circular shapes use a cup.
  7. Cut the mandazi. Or you can use a knife to cut into your desired shapes.
  8. Heat oil in a heavy skillet on medium to high heat.
  9. Put the mandazi in the oil to cook one by one cook until golden brown on each side.
  10. Then put in a paper towel to dry then serve.
