- Pur 7-8 tbs oil in a pressure cooker and heat it. Add tej patta, cumin, Red chilli, chhoti & bari elaichi. After 1 minute add onion & marinated mutton. saute for 10 minutes. After that add onion paste, tomato puree and all masala.
- Saute for approx 30 Minutes. Now it will be dried. Add water for gravy. Close the cover of the cooker. Flame of gas will be medium. After 4 wistle switched off gas and leave it for 10 minutes.
- Mutton Masala Gravy is ready. Take it out in a bowl, garnish with green coriander and serve.
