- Now add egg, gram flour and chopped onions to above mixture in a bowl and mix them well.
- Cover the mixture and leave to sit at room temperature for half an hour.
- Now shape them round or oblong as per your choice.
- Heat a karahi and start deep frying the kababs one by one.
- Prepare a degchi for dam. Make a layer of round cutting onions and tomatoes.
- Then a layer of kabab and a final layer of all veggies.
- Pour a 1/4 cup of water with 1 tablespoon oil and keep degchi on low flame (dam) until all veggies turn soft and tender.
