- Make ready 10 red kashmiri chilles
- Get 5 guntur red chilles
- Take 2 tsp mustard seeds
- Take 1 tbsp coriander seeds
- Make ready 2 tsp cumin /jeera
- Make ready 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds /methi
- Take 2 tsp pepper
- Take 1 tsp turmeric
- Make ready 10 garlic cloves
- Get 2 tbsp tamarind pulp

- Take 2 onion finely chopped
- Prepare Few curry leaves finely chopped
- Get Few coriander leaves finely chopped
- Prepare 1 sprig spring onion greens
- Get 1/2 tsp Chicken Maggi cube
- Get 2 tbsp oil
- Get 2-3 drops Orange red food colour (opt)
- Prepare Salt as per taste
- Make ready 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- Get 1 tsp kitchen king masala
- Take 500 grams boneless chicken (cut into small size pieces)
Steps to make Chicken 88:
- In a mixer grinder add all the items for masala paste add little water and make fine paste
- Apply salt and 1tbsp masala paste, pinch orange red food colour, to chkn and marinate fr 20mins
- After 20mins heat 1tbsp oil in pan add chkn and fry pieces of chkn for 10mins
- Heat 2tbsp oil in another wok add chopped curry leaves and coriander leaves fry for 2 mins,onion,next add 3 tbsp masala paste and fry for 10mins till oil seprates frm masala paste
- Next add fried chkn, orange red colour, a pinch salt, chkn maggi cube, 1tbsp tomato ketchup, 1tsp kitchen king masala, add 1/4cup water spring onion greens
- Cover and cook on medium flame fr 10 mins
- Next remove lid and cook till masala coats well on chkn
- Off the gas
- Note - u can use more or less masala paste as per ur taste
- If ur masala paste is left than u can preserve this in refrigerator fr 2 weeks
- If u dont hv guntur chilles thn u can add 5 more Kashmir chilles
- Chicken 88 is ready to serve
