This lentil fritter is also known as Moong Dal Bhajiya in Cooking Moong ke pakode is quite simpler than most of Indian food; just few things needs to kept in mind. a> Moong lentil should be soaked. In a mixer jar, add soaked moong dal, green chilies and grind it for few seconds. Add water to the Dal and grind it again to a paste-like consistency.

- Take the steamer add water and then take the steamer strainer and brush with oil. Put the batter on with the help of spoon and steam for 10 min.
- Take the kadhi add oil and saute the pakoda for few minute.
- Chopped onion, tomato and green chilli and grind it. Take the kadhi add oil and mixture cook it for 2-3 min.
- Then add all dry masala and cook it till oil get separate.
- Then add saute pakoda and mix it.then add water as needed for curry.
- Garinsh with coriander.
- Serve it with rice and roti🤤.
Now we'll add sugar and switch off the gas. After your done cooking it, add milk and keep stirring. You can serve the curry with gulgule in it.
