  4. As it is a quick dosa so no need for fermentation is here. - Heat the dosa pan and check the temperature of the pan by drizzling water on it.
  5. Clean the water with cotton cloth. Spread the batter with a ladle full on it.
  6. Let it gets cook. It will show up some bubbles on it, which means it is cooked. sprinkle oil drops on it and spread a layer of stuffing on it and fold in the desired shape.
