- First of all wash brain nicely
- Than put it in a vessel and fill with water.
- Add salt and Turmeric in water and let brain boil for 15-20 minutes
- After that take out from vessel and remove all the veins and coverings. And keep a side
- Take a wok and add oil in it. Add cumin seeds and onions
- Fry onions till light golden than add ginger garlic paste and sautay for 1-2 minutes
- After that add all dry spices and mix.
