- In a pot add oil, cumin seeds, black cardamom, black cloves,and ginger and garlic paste. Then add chicken and sautΓ© until white. When chicken has turned white take it out and place it out in a plate.
- Then add onions and saute them. Then add tomatoes and salt. Now mix well and mash them.
- When tomato and onions are mashed. Add chicken and green chillis paste. Mix well.
- Add potatoes.mix well. Then add water 1 and 1/2 cup. And cook on low flame until sauce is made and chicken and potatoes are cooked.
- When sauce is cooked. Turn off the flame. Take another pot add 2 tbsp oil. And add chicken and potato curry. And on top of that boiled rice and mix well. Let it cook on low flame for 5 to 10 minutes. Turn off the flame. Serve hot with salad and fruit juice. Enjoy
