  2. Now cook until oil separates.. now add dal and add water, ginger and fresh coriander and cover it… now cook for 7-8 minutes…
  3. For tarka:In a pan add oil and bay leaf and red pepper corn and fry… Now add this in daal….
  4. Dhaba style daal is ready..you can serve it with naan roti and rice as well…
