Now roast them for one more minute and switch off the flame. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly for few seconds.
- Now transfer the roasted ingredients onto a plate and allow to completely cool down to normal temperature. To increase the shelf life we have to grind the powder when the roasted ingredients are at room temperature.
- Transfer the roasted ingredients into a clean and dry mixer grinder. Grind the roasted ingredients till it turns into a fine powder.
- Now the traditional recipe kandi podi/Andhra lentils powder is ready to serve. Transfer the Andhra lentils powder onto a bowl and keep it there for few minutes.,because while grinding some amount of heat generates. So it takes few minutes to come down to normal temperature.
