- Take Half kg Sugar
- Take 2 Tbls Water
- Prepare Dry Nuts(Almonds, pista,kajo,kishmish,ashrafiyan)
- Prepare Pinch Food clr(green,yellow, red)
- Get Pinch salt
- Prepare 1 (cardamon, cinnamon)

- Wash your hand cover your head say bismiAllah and daroud shareef
- #Forpulao turn on your flame place a wok add oil fry onion then add all masala(cardamom, cinnamon, clove,cardamom etc) and fry it then add tomatoes green chilli GG paste along with add salt chilli and turmeric and cook it very very well then add chickpeas and cook again….untill oil reduced
- Then add water and bring it to boiled then add soaked rice and cook it on low to medium flame when rice will be tender now low your flame and keep it on Dum for 5m after that turn off your flame and dishout it
- #for mattanjan turn on your flame place a wok add 2/tbls water and mentioned quantity of sugar now dissolved it and cook it until becomes think
- Then add dry nuts and oil and cook it
- Now boiled your rice maximum 98%
- Then add boiled rice along with food clr and ashrafiyan and keep on dum for 5m
