- Get 1 tsp Ginger (paste or grated)
- Take 4-5 tbsp Roasted and Crushed Peanuts

- Get 1 pinch Baking soda
- Take Handful Chopped coriander leaves
- Get As required Oil for frying vadas

This is traditionally a Maharashtrian recipe, but is now widely enjoyed across other parts of the. Instructions to make Sabudana Vada:
- Take soaked sabudana (soaking hrs- 5 hrs) in a mixing bowl. Grate boiled potatoes in it. Add cumin seeds, finely chopped green chillies and curry leaves, ginger paste, 1 tbsp curd, a pinch of baking soda, roasted peanuts, chopped coriander leaves and salt.
- Now, mix all the ingredients well and knead like a dough for 2-3 mins.
- Take a little water in a small bowl, spread onto your palms. Take a ball sized mixture in your hands and shape vadas into your favourite shapes (like, donut, cylindrical, heart, etc.)
- Take a kadhai, pour oil and heat it.
- Now, place vadas carefully into the kadhai. (flame should be medium).
- Let it cook one side, then flip into another side and cook until golden colour appears.
