- Place a tawa to Heat and pour some oil over the tawa and spread it evenly. Take a ladle full of batter and spread it with the back of the ladle in the circular motion spreading outside just like a dosa.let the cheela cook on the one side till gets golden brown.flip and cook the other side as well. Place 2-3 tablespoon stuffing on one side of the cheela. Give it a fold over in half side.
