  4. Add chopped tomato cook few minutes then add salt & chopped ridge gourd mix well & cover the pan in low flame for few minutes.
  5. In between check ridge gourd cooked or not when it's completely cooked garnish with corrainder leaves & serves hot with chapati or poori or rice.
