  7. After 10 minutes, add required salt and mix well. Cover cook for 5 minutes or until 90% cooked.
  8. Now add the powdered masala into it/ give it a good mix. And let it cook for few more minutes.
  9. Once Ivy gourds has cooked completely give everything a final mix and switch off the flame.
