- Get 200 grams Basmati Rice

- Add the stained water from the spices. If this water is not enough, further add more water. (For 200grams of rice I used 400 grams of water)
- Check for salt. Cover the pressure cooker and cook in high flame for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes place the pressure cooker on top of a dosa tawa and cook for low flame for 10 minutes.
- Open the cooker, Hot and delicious chickpeas pulao is ready. You can serve with onion raita.
