- To make the samolina idli,combine samolina,curd and salt with sufficient water in a deep bowl. Mix well and cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes just before steaming add eno, sprouted moong dal and mix gently.
- Grease the idli mould with oil and Pour sooji batter into each greased mould.
- Steam in a steamer for 8-10 minutes.
- Cool the sooji idlis slightly. demould and serve sprouted idli immediately with sambhar and coconut chutney.
