  4. Transfer the batter in greased plate. And put it in steamer. Steam for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes switch off the flame and when it completely cools down take out the dhokla in a plate. Cut dhoklas in square shape.
  5. Prepare the tadka by adding oil in a pan on medium flame. Add rai in oil and then add curry leaves, chillies, sugar and also add 1/2 cup water. Spread it on dhoklas. Serve it with tamarind chutney.
