- Add tomatoes, some salt mix it properly again saute till 3or 4 min. then add cooked dal and simmer for 1 to 2 min on medium flame.
- Heat the tdka pan with remaining ghee add asafotida and red Kashmiri chili powder now turn off the flame immediately and pour the tdka over cooked dal.
- Now it is done you can serve with chapati or steamed rice.
