- Take kadai or cooker switch on the gas add oil and ghee both after that add, cumin seeds, cinnamon,bayleaf,cashew, green chillies, black pepper and green cardoman saute for some sec
- Then add Onion saute till light brown then ginger garlic paste saute for few sec then add tomato,corn, green peas saute till tomato soft
- Then add biryani masala, turmeric powder, salt saute for 1 min after that add Curry leaves, coriander leaves
- Then add water 2 cup when when water boiling then add soaked rice
- Cook in slow to medium flame for 10-12 min
- After that garnish with pudina leaves,barista
- Serve hot with raita and salad
