Steps to make Rajathani papad ki sabji (onion, tomato curry):
  1. Fry the papads in oil.
  2. In a kadai heat, oil add mustard, jeera, pinch hing and few curry leaves.
  3. Add onion and tomato, green chilli saute well for 5 mins.
  4. Add ginger- garlic paste and saute well.
  5. Add turmeric,red chilli powder and coriander powder,salt - saute on low flame.
  6. Add 1 cup water and curd.
  7. Stir continuously on low flame till the curd combines well.
  8. Add fry papad roughly into curry. mix well.
  9. Simmer for 2 minutes or more.
  10. Add garam masala, kasuri methi and 2 tbsp coriander. mix well

For this finely chop the onion and sauté it. Papad ki sabzi is a rajathani dish , which i learnt from my friend very long back. I noted down the recipe in my book but forgot to try. Last week when i made rotis for me and my hubby for breakfast(rotis for breakfast is very rare) i thought i will try out this sabzi. Papad ki sabzi is a traditional Rajasthani dish.
