- Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.(To make sabudana powder, I grinded sabudana in mixer jar ko make powder/flour).
- Take a lemon size of portion and make it round..Then flatten in ur palm..And place cashew and raisin in it…then cover/ close nicely to give it a shape of ball.. Prepare all vadas similarly..
- Deep fry in hot oil..Till nice golden in colour..
- Delicious sabudana Vadas is ready…Serve hot with green chutney.
